Abstract

The Correios began in Brazil on January 25, 1663, with the creation of the Correio-Mor, and in December 1931 the Correios merged with the telegraphs. From there, they began to modernize, creating and providing high quality services to customers. However, the problem of customer dissatisfaction with the pandemic situation has been increasing, and with decrees to close face-to-face services, it has placed Correios in a dilemma, that is, how to reduce customer dissatisfaction in the midst of the situation. The main objective of Logistics is through managing the flow of information and materials within an organization and making processes more efficient. Correios, for example, even during the pandemic, is the main and only way of receiving bills and letters, so due to the interest in this topic throughout this article, it presented the organizations, steps and administration used to handle a large demand for shipping and receiving letters and deliveries, this is where many companies and the government. Exploratory methodology with qualitative research technique was used. With this work, in addition to bringing information about the post office, it also presented possible solutions to the problem of customer dissatisfaction or present action plans that are already active.
